Week 8

This week fascia and gutters were installed on the lower roof and progress was made on the trusses for the top roof.

Next week, scaffolding will come in and we will finish off the lower roof and complete the trusses for the upper roof.

Week 7

This week, we made progress in two areas...

The front and side porticoes were built...

 
... and the trusses for the lower roof were installed.

We will be moving onto the upper roof next week.

Week 6

This week the mid floor was completed and the upper frames arrived...

And were put up.

Week 5

The first floor frames have been completed and the floor joists for the second floor have begun to be installed.

Installing the floor joists, we were able to get a preview of the great view over the valley to the south from the second floor.

Building paper for the first floor went on towards the end of the week.

Another good week at Ravello Rise, next week we hope to have the second storey floor completed!
