Week 4

This week the frames for the bottom floor arrived and were stood. The steel beams arrived towards the end of the week and were installed on Friday morning.

 

  

The rain eased this week allowing the site to dry out, which was good.

The frames went up without a hitch and fit together perfectly thanks to the precise work of our foundation team, chippie and timber supplier!

At the end of the first month of construction at Ravello Rise we are pretty happy with the progress of Lot 40.

Week 3

We had quite alot of rain this week on Ravello Rise. Despite this, the concrete slab has been completed, drains and services have been installed and the site is in the process of being tidied up for construction to commence.

Week 2

Beautiful weather going into week 2 of the build.

With retaining work done, this week we are hoping to complete the underfloor insulation and steel reinforcing for the concrete block.

Rain predicted over weekend... we are again hoping for good weather next week as we will be pouring concrete!

First week onsite.

Site has been cut and flattened. Driveway crossing has also been cut.
