Week 16

This week was all about the Pink Batts...

 
Also, the lower roof was completed.

 Next week, the inner walls and doors will be installed.

Week 15

The top floor has been painted and the scaffold has come down, painting of the bottom floor continues

Inside, the electrics have been installed
 

This time next week we should be installing insulation.

Week 14

Another good week at Ravello Rise:

 

Stairs were put in this week.

  
Exterior painting has started also...

We hope to have the scaffold down and the exterior completed next week!

Week 13

Brilliant weather at Ravello Rise this week!

Inside, central vacuum and gas pipes were installed...

Outside, the weatherboards have now been finished and will be painted next week.

 

Week 12

This week the bricks were laid...

and the weatherboards have started to be installed.

Inside, our plumber has complete the pipe work and the stairs have arrived...

We hope to complete the house in early December.

Week 11

This week, the garage door arrived, the roof gutters were completed, a temporary front door lock was fitted and the soffits have been completed.

The bricks have also arrived this week and will be laid starting next week.

Week 10

This week, the windows and front door went in and the top roof was completed.

The roof gutters are in and plumbing has also begun to be installed.

For the next few weeks we will be working on the exterior cladding.

Week 9

This week the upper roof trusses were completed, fascia was installed and scaffolding arrived.

We have put plywood on the lower roof to ensure that the roof stays in pristine condition and won't get damaged from being walked on.

 
Next week we aim to complete the roof and have all windows and doors installed.

Week 8

This week fascia and gutters were installed on the lower roof and progress was made on the trusses for the top roof.

Next week, scaffolding will come in and we will finish off the lower roof and complete the trusses for the upper roof.

Week 7

This week, we made progress in two areas...

We will be moving onto the upper roof next week.
